i've been on such a seth kick recently for some reason so i'm taking any excuse to write for him main event page - event masterlist

P: PDA - do they like PDA? how do they react to it from you? When it comes to more innocent, basic PDA, Seth is all for it. Hand holding, hugs, light kisses, compliments and petnames, it's all stuff that makes him really happy whether you're in private or in public. He likes when people can tell at a glance that the two of you are together, and besides, he's such an earnest and straight-forward guy - he's not trying to put on a persona to anyone, he loves you a lot and isn't going to deny himself the pleasure of your affection. But with every step past the basics, he gets even more flustered. He won't ever stop you (unless you catch him on patrol and you're feeling mischievous) because he definitely enjoys it, but he's blushing like an idiot and completely forgets what he was saying. Kiss him with tongue in public, or heaven forbid in front of his coworkers, he becomes a puddle of a man; can't help but melt into the kiss but the fact you're in public is in the back of his mind so he's bright red when you pull away, tries to start like twenty sentences at once but just gets out some garbled sound, tries to give you an annoyed look but he just ends up looking lovesick and pleading (which is exactly how he feels, he could never get annoyed at you, especially not within thirty seconds of your lips on his)

Q: Quirk - what's a little oddity / beige flag they have in relationships? When the two of you are hanging out around the house, Seth has a tendency to follow you around. It'll basically always happen when you're having a conversation, where you can walk around and he'll follow you while talking, but a lot of the time it'll be just when the two of you are just sitting together doing your own separate thing and you get up to do something. He just has an instinct to be where you are, even if he's still scrolling on his phone while doing it. It's cute most of the time, but sometimes you'll need the toilet and he'll trail after you, barely paying attention until you stop and stare at him until he snaps out of it and realises that he's standing in the doorway of the bathroom. Then he'll get out of the way and let you pee in peace.

Z: Zzzzzzz - how do they sleep with you? what's it like to share a bed with them? Seth sleeps pretty peacefully, but also pretty lightly. Between his job keeping him aware of his surroundings and being a cat Thiren, a proper deep sleep is quite rare for him. He sleeps deeper with you, though, the comfort (both physical and psychological) of having you beside him lulls him into full relaxation. However, if you move around a lot in your sleep, he will likely at least partially wake up from it - though he is one of those lucky sods that can fall asleep as soon as his head hits the pillow, so as soon as you're settled and comfortable again he'll doze back off like nothing happened. When it comes to sleeping positions he's basically happy as long as he's holding you, but if he had to choose, it'd be when you're facing each other, legs intertwined and his face nuzzled into your hair; the smell of your shampoo and your soft breath on his collarbone being the first and last thing he experiences every day makes him smile immensely, to the point it's not uncommon for you to wake up to him almost grinning in his sleep.

Imagine, If you would, you're going about your day, maybe getting some Ramen for lunch while at work, and this massive semi truck just lazily rolls by, blaring monotonous advertisements for this random video rental place down on Sixth street. You think "What kinda money are they making to have a goddamn SEMI advertising for them.

The next day you head over. There's the pink-haired lady from that Vision Construction case. She promoting the store. You can't help but go in and rent something.

A blue-haired girl convinces you to join in on a membership and gets you the EXACT movie you wanted to see. You leave bewildered and whimsical.

It's a week later. You're returning the tape. The president of Belobog industries is now promoting the store (Is their financial issue really that bad?) You enter the store. You return the tape. The OTHER manager, a young man with gray/silver hair is talking to the LUCIANA, the MISSING DAUGHTER of the MONTEFIO FAMILY.

He convinces you to get the premium membership. You give your dennies to the Bangboo working the counter and leave.

Your mom is sick and wants to watch her wedding video, perhaps for the last time. It's in her apartment, somewhere in a hollow. You put out a commission on the inter-knot for help with retrieval.

You see the most Gorgeous maid you could possibly imagine, and she fucking floating beside two tiny Bangboo, along with two PubSec Officers, one being a thiren, and the other is Zhu Yuan who you only recognize because of all the promotional material for PubSec involving her!

Then the Investigator Comes.

It's a Bangboo from that fucking movie place.

You don't even like movies all that much you'd rather read a book!

I'm not normally big on shipping but seth x jane from zzz grabbed me by the throat the second I saw them interact. like my reaction to jane was "that is the coolest bitch alive" and my reaction to seth was "he is so stupid I want him carnally". and then they started arguing.

like imagine getting home late from a night out, crazy drunk, n ofc ur beautiful cutie pie boyfriend seth waited up for u and the alcohol hit just right and ur just filled with so much love and have to kiss him all over his pretty face. he couldn't sleep until u got home but its like 4am n he's sleepy as hell so he doesn't really think about the fact you've still got a full face of makeup on, just laughing softly at the affection and helping you into pyjamas before you both collapse in bed. n in the morning you wake up just barely before him n see his face still covered in lipstick marks, he wakes up to you giggling and taking pictures (u set one as ur lock screen).

Jane: O-oh! Well- I mean, That'd be- I can tell you, there no more criminals than the average person!

Qingyi: I'm inclined to agree with Jane. We have all met them in both Professional and Personal matters, and all of us have worked with Phaethon in Hollow Zero, among other places.

Zhu-Yuan: But Phaethon's Bangboo-

Seth: Clearly Phaethon stole it at some point!

Qingyi: That's very possible

Jane: That, and what better way to throw off the trail than by dressing their own Bangboo up as another, very uniquely costumed Bangboo. I mean, all of our Securityboo are nearly identical!

Zhu-Yuan: *sigh* You're right ... You're right. I got worked up over nothing.

Qingyi: It's not nothing. You're emotions are quite real, and you almost felt betrayed by some of those you trust most. I believe you should step outside for a moment to get some air.

Zhu-Yuan: That's a good Idea Qingyi. I'll- I'm going to do that right now.

Jane: You to Seth. I can see you're keyed up from that. Go grab a cup of water.

Qingyi: I have some right here~

Seth: Uh, thanks Qingyi, but I prefer mine Iced in situations like this.

Seth and Zhu-Yuan Leave

Jane: ...

Qingyi: *Signing* Are we really going to Tamper with Evidence?

Jane: *Signing back* Two things to make sure of first: 1) that you are certain you won't get caught and 2) If you Do get caught, you're certain you can outrun every other Pubsec Officer in the city, and can survive the Outer Rim.

Qingyi: I am confident in both those things.

Jane: Then Let's get to work.
